This is Melbourne Cancellation Policy:
- A 100% REFUND will be actioned – for cancellations outside 24 hours of the tour departure time.
- NO REFUND for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time.
- COVID LOCKDOWN PERIOD – Tours cancelled due to a Melbourne city ‘lockdown’ – within 24 hours of the tour departure time, will be offered a FULL REFUND or the option to reschedule to an alternate date.
